The Agency Transparency & Asset Guarantees

At INK! Ai Marketing, we believe in absolute transparency about what you own and what is part of our ongoing management. This document clarifies exactly what digital assets you keep and what services conclude when you end your active contract with us.

Our Core Philosophy: We build marketing equity FOR you, we don’t rent it TO you. Everything we create on your behalf belongs to you.

THE ASSET GUARANTEES (YOURS FOREVER)

✅ WEBSITE & DOMAIN OWNERSHIP

(Website project terms must be fulfilled and account must be in good standing)

You Own: The complete website (custom code, responsive design, backend functionality), all localized website content we’ve created, all licensed or custom brand imagery, your domain name, and your SSL certificate.

Requirements: Initial website setup fees must be paid in full, any standard 12-month fulfillment terms must be completed, and there must be no outstanding billing balances on the account.

What This Means: You can seamlessly migrate your website to any hosting provider of your choice, hire an internal developer or another agency to manage it, or easily edit the pages yourself. Your digital storefront remains completely yours indefinitely.

Technical Delivery: We provide full technical backup packages (including database files, HTML/CSS, and media assets) along with primary administrator credentials.

Timeline: Upon contract conclusion with a zero balance, you receive your full website backup files within 30 days. We provide a complimentary 30-day hosting grace period to ensure your team has time to safely migrate the live site without experiencing operational downtime. After 30 days, un-migrated sites are safely archived offline for 90 days (restoration from archives is subject to a $500 recovery fee).

✅ ALL ORIGINAL BRAND CONTENT

You Own: Every search-optimized service page, residential target landing page, localized blog post, email marketing blast, automated SMS sequence script, ad copy variant, social media graphic, and custom video outline developed during our engagement.

What This Means: You can freely deploy this content on a new platform, repurpose it for print or local mailers, or hand it to an internal team member to build upon. No attribution or licensing fees are ever required.

Technical Delivery: All core creative copy and associated metadata (SEO titles, meta descriptions, and keyword structures) are neatly organized and delivered via a shared digital folder within 30 days of offboarding.

What You Don’t Own: Proprietary design wireframes, internal agency software frameworks, and our unique production methodologies remain the exclusive property of INK! Ai Marketing.

✅ GOOGLE BUSINESS PROFILE (GBP)

You Own: Your business's Google local listings, review histories, uploaded photos, updates, and overall verification status.

What This Means: We operate strictly as managers, never as the ultimate owner of your local listings. Upon conclusion of service, we remove our agency credentials, leaving your local authority, search history, and 5-star customer reviews perfectly intact.

Timeline: Our agency management access is systematically removed by the end of the 30-day offboarding window. We deliver a complete document cataloging all local profiles managed during our partnership.

Important Note: Ongoing local optimization, regular posts, and review response services stop when the contract ends. Local map rankings are highly competitive and may begin to slip over time without active, consistent optimization.

✅ GOOGLE ADS & LOCAL SERVICES ADS (LSA)

You Own: The Google Ads account structure, your Local Services Ads (LSA) profile, Google Guaranteed badges, and all historical campaign performance data.

What This Means: Your campaign histories, quality scores, and account structures stay with your business. You lose zero historical data, allowing you to easily take over internal management or transition to a new specialist.

Account Architecture: We always configure campaigns directly within your company’s Google ecosystem. INK! Ai Marketing is added purely as an authorized agency manager, meaning you can revoke access at any time.

Important Billing Note: Paid ad spend is always billed directly to your business credit card by Google. Stopping services with our agency does not pause your live Google ad campaigns. To avoid unexpected ad spend charges from Google, you must manually pause your campaigns or keep them managed. We will remove our manager access by the end of the 30-day window.

✅ CONNECTED SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNELS

You Own: Your Facebook Business Page, Instagram Professional account, LinkedIn Company page, YouTube channel, and any secondary social profiles.

What This Means: All audience followers, past organic updates, and historical brand engagement remain completely yours. We disconnect our agency administrative access by the close of the 30-day offboarding window.

✅ CALL TRACKING NUMBERS

Scenario A (Ported Numbers): If we ported your pre-existing business phone numbers into our tracking system, they remain yours. We will port them back to your preferred carrier at no charge within 30 days.

Scenario B (Provisioned Numbers): Phone numbers newly provisioned specifically for tracking attribution belong to the carrier infrastructure. If you wish to keep these tracking numbers active to avoid losing customer traffic, you can simply open your own tracking account, and we will initiate a seamless account-to-account transfer.

Data Export: We provide a full CSV export of all call tracking logs, lead source attribution analytics, and historical customer notes. Call recordings are kept available for download for 90 days following service termination.

✅ CUSTOMER DATABASES & EMAIL LISTS

You Own: Your complete subscriber database, email opt-in records, historical customer fields, custom tags, and lead lifecycle histories.

What This Means: Your lists are exported into clean, organized CSV files, allowing you to instantly import them into any standard CRM or communication tool. We never claim ownership of your lead data.

✅ REPUTATION, RATINGS, & SEO EQUITY

You Keep: Every live review across major platforms, overall star ratings, organic keyword rankings, established backlinks, and domain authority improvements built during our tenure.

The Reality of Search: SEO equity acts like momentum. While your rankings will not vanish overnight, search landscapes are highly dynamic. Without continuous on-page optimization, fresh content generation, and proactive backlink management, local competitors will eventually outpace your visibility over a 3-to-12-month horizon.

AGENCY SERVICE CONCLUSIONS (WHAT STOPS)

When our active management agreement concludes, the automated tools, optimization cycles, and software infrastructure funded by your monthly management fees will deactivate.

❌ CLOUD HOSTING & WEBSITE MAINTENANCE

What Ceases: Premium cloud hosting, automated security patches, plugin compatibility updates, uptime monitoring, malware scanning, and technical troubleshooting.

The Impact: Your website will go offline after the 30-day grace period if it is not migrated to a new host. Unmaintained platforms quickly become vulnerable to security risks, broken plugins, and degraded loading speeds.

Next Steps: You will need to secure an independent hosting provider (such as WPEngine or SiteGround) prior to the end of the 30-day window.

❌ LOCAL SEO & GOOGLE PROFILE OPTIMIZATION

What Ceases: Weekly GBP posts, photo optimization updates, review monitoring, local citation audits, and user Q&A management.

The Impact: Profiles quickly become stagnant, often leading to a noticeable drop in local map visibility within 30 to 60 days as active competitors claim the top spots.

❌ PAID CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT (GOOGLE ADS & LSA)

What Ceases: Negative keyword scrubbing, bid adjustments, A/B ad copy testing, budget pacing tracking, and manual LSA lead dispute resolution (refunding you for spam or invalid calls).

Hosting Continuity: 30 days of uninterrupted website hosting to allow ample time for an orderly technical migration.

Asset Delivery Package: A complete asset hand-off within 30 days, including full website backup databases, raw customer/subscriber CSV exports, and a detailed profile access documentation guide.

Transition Advisory: Complimentary consultation touchpoints during the 30-day window to answer technical questions regarding asset migration and provide guidance on maintaining your established digital footprint.

RETURNING CLIENT POLICY

Re-engagement Within 6 Months: We welcome you back with zero re-onboarding fees. We will reactivate accessible account records and resume management exactly where we left off (some custom automation tracks may require rebuilding depending on system modifications).

Re-engagement After 6 Months: Accounts are processed as new client onboardings. This includes comprehensive technical health audits, rebuilding automated communication paths from scratch, and implementing necessary code repairs or ranking recovery strategies.
